1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Docket ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Docket provides a digital pre-vehicle inspection platform allowing companies to record, store and export vehicle checks completed by their drivers and operatives.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All prices are shown in NZD and exclude GST. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You must ensure all data you upload is accurate and does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We process your data only as necessary to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Docket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
